Group Training sessions are available for members in the tri-state area. These workouts offer coaching, camaraderie, and the motivation that comes from training with others. Sessions are geared toward athletes of all levels.
Members have choice of five different weekly sessions:
Event Specific: Practices catered to individual events
Plyos: Geared toward developing explosive fast twitch muscles.
Track Workout: Concentrate on interval training (fast short runs with rest intervals)
Road Runners: Feature tempo runs (steady runs at a challenging pace)
Yoga 4 Athletes: Improving balance, stability, core strength and flexibility.
On-ramp: Introduce members to the world of track and field (8-week program)
Cross Training: Full body workout including various elements of fitness
Competition Prep: Structured training for upcoming events and seasons.
